A foundational understanding of flavor combinations is key to being able to improvise in the kitchen. In this lecture-based class, participants will learn about use, strength, toasting and combinations, while having an opportunity to taste, discuss and compare flavors along the way.
Samples provided during the class may include meat or dairy. Most dietary adjustments can be accommodated if we receive notice of those needs at the time of registration. (This can be submitted using the Contact page of our website, or by calling or emailing the shop.)
Registration for this class will close on Friday, March 21 at 6pm, so we have time to shop for ingredients and prep class materials.
